Women's
Health, First.
Because healthier women build healthier families, workplaces and communities.
Why We Started PopoMama
For generations, period care has focused mainly on hygiene and managing discomfort.
Yet a woman's period accompanies her month after month for more than 40 years, influencing many aspects of her health and wellbeing throughout life.
We believed women deserved more than simply getting through each month.
They deserved better understanding, better support, and a healthier relationship with one of the most fundamental biological processes of their lives.
That belief became PopoMama.

We Saw What Was Missing
Women's health begins much earlier than symptom management.
Period accompanies women for over forty years, yet receives surprisingly little attention.
We Chose A Different Path
Instead of asking how to better manage symptoms, we asked a different question: How can women better understand and support their bodies every month, long before symptoms become the focus?
We Started A Movement
PopoMama exists to make structured cycle health practical, understandable and accessible for every woman.
Healthy Period,
Healthy Women.
Women's health affects confidence,
wellbeing and participation in everyday life.
